Our Story
Since 2014, The White Oaks Saloon has been a facilitator for discovering the handcrafted spirits of Australia and The Americas in Melbourne - encouraging guests to experience the works of a number of distillers in their favourite cocktails. Additionally, offering guests an introduction to other historical cocktail favourites (mostly Southern) to enjoy during this experience of discovery. In 2020, with a growing demand for the ability to enjoy and explore the works of different distillers and handcrafted spirits at home, The White Oaks Dispensary was born.
The aim of this dispensary is to guide and continue to offer Australia from home a monthly programmed exploration of the history, legacy and current works from around the world in a cocktail range constructed by The White Oaks Saloon.
